About Us

 Our vision is to provide quality plumbing services, at a reasonable cost to our customer. What makes us different from other companies is we provide a wide range of plumbing services at a fixed and competitive price. You would not expect your car service to be carried out at an open hourly rate, and we believe plumbing should be no different.

We have compiled a list of common plumbing problems and attached a fixed repair cost to them. If it takes us a little longer than expected, we don’t charge extra.
For prices on more complicated issues please contact us. We will be happy to talk you through the options.

We do not charge extra for this service.

We will aim to attend emergencies within the hour.

Upfront Pricing

All prices will be agreed beforehand. Giving you peace of mind.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

In the unlikely event a price change is required due to unforeseen element, the operative will inform you as soon as possible. Labour cost will not exceed £640 per standard day.

All materials will be charged a trade rates+20%.

Parking & Congestion Charging – In order to keep our prices to a minimum, we feel it is unfair to subsidise those in the congestion area and with paid parking by overcharging those that are not. For this reason these are countercharged to effected customers. For those that live in these areas we are sure you will find our charges remain competitive even with these costs on top.

12 Months Guarantee

All workmanship will be guaranteed against defects for 12 months.
All supplied materials will have a warranty of 12 months from manufacturer.
In some cases, such as drain blockages, this does not apply. This will be clearly stated on the invoice.
